How does this work?
  1. We’ll start by talking about your problem. I might ask follow-up questions, or we can arrange a meeting to clarify the details.
  2. I’ll provide a proposal outlining how we can address your problem. We can discuss several options depending on your budget and your risk model.
  3. There might be steps you need to take, like giving me access to an account, meeting in person or at your home, or uploading files to my servers. I’ll be happy to walk you through the process.
  4. When we’re done, you’ll receive an invoice based on how many hours I worked.

How many hours will my project take?

Many projects can be completed in 2-4 hours.

Unfortunately, it’s impossible to make guarantees. Software degrades quickly, tools can break unexpectedly, and some projects will take longer than expected. If this happens, we’ll let you know and discuss how to proceed.

What cities/countries do you work in?

We’re based in Kraków, Poland. Following the local-first principle, we’ll prioritize work that’s geographically nearby or help you find a local tech cooperative operating by our principles. Where that’s not an option, we’re happy to take remote work from anywhere in the world.

A lot of our work benefits from meeting in person with our client. We can take house calls in most of southern Poland (up to Warsaw) and eastern Czechia (around Ostrava). Note that for addresses outside of Kraków, we may need you to cover travel expenses.
